anyone have any luck ?
 

buying full bank boxes of dimes quarters or half dollars and trying to find and pull out the silver ? any one know what a bank box of dimes or half dollars are ? i know quarters are a $250 dollar box.

dimes are 250, quarters and halves are 500.

I have found mucho grande silver coins in half dollar boxes over the years but it has slowed way down in the last twelve months.I search three thousand dollars (6 boxes) every week.

I tried that in 1987.I went through $700 in halves and found 11 silvers. I decided it wasn't worth the effort.

I have done 5 or 6 boxes this year and only managed to find a couple of 40% halves. There are 3 other guys at least in this area doing it too, so there's not much to be found.

both,I keep the 90% and sell the 40%.The clad goes to the coin counter at my 2nd bank.I have 700 40% Kennedys(103 troy oz. of pure silver) that I will sell for spot,will ship and insure at my own cost.PM me if interested. CR
